Primary Responsibilities

• Catalog Synchronization: Input and sync product technical specifications from manufacturer sheets into the Amazon Seller Central database.

• SKU Management: Create and organize unique identifiers (SKUs) for new inventory arrivals.

• Visual Data Pairing: Cross-reference high-resolution product images with their corresponding listings to ensure brand consistency.

• Price & Promo Updates: Adjust seasonal pricing and "Lightning Deal" data during peak shopping windows.

• Discrepancy Auditing: Run weekly checks to find and fix "ghost listings" or broken data fields.

Qualifications & Gear

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

• Technical Savvy: Comfortable navigating web-based dashboards and basic Cloud Spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Airtable).

• Typing Proficiency: Ability to maintain a steady pace with high attention to detail (accuracy is more important than raw speed).
